Fruit for this heralded 100% Cabernet Sauvignon hails from the most prized blocks found in the acclaimed Montagna Vineyard, atop Pritchard Hill. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, with an average of 3-days cold-soak, and 21-days on-skins, the wine undergoes extended aging of 26-months in 100% new French Oak. With winemaker Philippe Melka’s expertise, this brilliant cabernet is a resounding testimonial to Moone Tsai’s legacy of producing wines of the highest distinction.
